2021 round-up
Well, it’s the end of another year! As is tradition now, I love looking back on the year and doing a ‘round-up’
2021 wasn’t an easy year, with so much uncertainty in the first half of the year, lockdown, more postponements and cancellations. But things gradually got better and as more and more restrictions lifted, weddings started to look a little bit more ‘normal‘ again! I’m so pleased all of these couples were able to get married! Some had postponed once, twice, or even four times in some cases! Some waited an extra year or so, but it was so worth the wait. And dancefloors we’re back and on FIRE with even more dancefloor shenanigans than normal!
This year took me back to some of my favourite venues - Swallows Nest Barn, Dodford Manor and Dodmoor House to name a few. I also had weddings at a couple of gorgeous new venues for me - Park Farm and Slapton Manor!

2021 was also very special for me as we welcomed our baby girl, Lola, in October and became a family of 4! It’s crazy that Lola came along to all of these weddings too! Thank you again to all my couples for being so lovely, kind and supportive during my pregnancy!
