Warwickshire Engagement Photographer
I have been looking back at last summer's weddings and pre-wedding shoots - I still have so many amazing couples and weddings to blog! Today I'm pleased to share Katie and Dan's gorgeous summer pre-wedding shoot in the Warwickshire countryside. It was a beautiful summer day and the light was perfect!
Katie and Dan had asked if we could go on their favourite dog walk in Nuneaton for their pre-wedding shoot and also asked if their gorgeous black pug puppy could join them too - which was, of course, a yes! What a little cutie he was!
As you know, I love dogs at weddings, but sometimes it isn't always possible to have them with you on the day and sadly not many venues allow dogs. So a great alternative to include fur babies is to bring them along with you on a pre-wedding shoot! My top tip for bringing dogs to your shoot would be to ask a trusted 'dog sitter' to come along for the shoot as well. (Katie and Dan asked their best man) That way I can start with cute dog portraits and then focus on the couple photos. Your dog sitter can then be in charge of the dog(s) and perhaps take them for a walk or take them home while we do the rest of the couple photos. That way you can relax and focus on each other, without being tied up in a dog lead and worrying about what mischief your dog might be getting up to!
Here are my favourites from Katie and Dan's shoot...
