Coombe Abbey Hotel Wedding
Lizzie and Craig celebrated their beautiful autumn wedding at Coombe Abbey, a historic 12th-century hotel surrounded by 500 acres of Warwickshire countryside. Despite the October rain, their day was filled with love, laughter, and cherished family moments.
The ceremony took place at The Abbeygate in the Baronial Hall, a medieval-themed room. After the ceremony, guests were in for a fun surprise - two alpacas from Charnwood Alpacas joined the celebration! Alpacas at a wedding was a first-time experience for me, but I loved it, and the guests absolutely adored them, especially getting the chance to feed and take photos with them.
Lizzie and Craig embraced the gentle drizzle and braved going outside into the hotel's gardens for photos. There was a stunning wall adorned with vibrant autumn leaves. As soon as I saw it, I just knew I had to use it, plus it was undercover, which was a bonus! The arch leading to the hotel's main entrance was also the perfect spot for a creative night photo before I left them to dance the night away. If you're planning your wedding at Coombe Abbey Hotel or dreaming of a stunning autumn celebration, get in touch - I'd love to hear about your wedding plans.
