Hey! I'm Amy, a Warwickshire wedding photographer, photographing love stories in The Midlands and across the UK. I'm an autumn lover, tea drinker, crafter, floral dress wearer and hopeless romantic!

I describe my photography style as storytelling. I unobtrusively document your day for you as it happens and I'm all about capturing real smiles, happy tears, big hugs, little details, fun, laughter and love!

Hayley & Mike | Park Farm Daventry Wedding

Bride & groom at Park Farm in Daventry

Park Farm Daventry Wedding

Hayley & Mike got married at the gorgeous Park Farm, a wedding venue near Daventry in Northamptonshire. It was my first visit to Park Farm and it didn't disappoint! The day started in The Granary, one of the onsite accommodation rooms, where Hayley was getting ready with her bridesmaids and some family. Sadly, due to travel restrictions at the time, her dad wasn't able to fly over to England for the wedding. So there was lots of Facetiming! How amazing that technology meant they were able to share a special moment together despite being thousands of miles apart. I adored the fact her dad got dressed up smart for the occasion too! The ceremony took place in The Lambing Shed, a beautiful rustic barn decorated with lots of hessian bunting. After the ceremony, it was straight outside for confetti, then fizz and Pimms. They had garden games to keep the guests entertained (and bring out their competitive sides!) The gardens were the perfect location for group photos and couple portraits. The venue is surrounded by farm fields and countryside views, so I was spoilt for choice with pretty locations. The rest of the day took place in The Cart Shed, another original and rustic barn with an adjoining marquee. The speeches were full of emotion, from big belly laughs to tears. The sunlight was beautiful in the evening, so we headed out for some extra couple portraits before the first dance. The dancefloor was so fun to photograph and I left them dancing the night away. I can't wait to visit Park Farm again soon!
