Leanne & Simon | Warwick House Wedding

Warwick House wedding photographer

Leanne and Simon got married at the wonderful Warwick House in Southam. It was a beautiful autumn October wedding.

The morning started in the lovely dressing room where Leanne had Sam from SC Make-up and Elaine from Elite Hair. Simon also got ready at the venue which meant I was able to go between the two rooms to get some of him getting ready also. Taking photos of him dressing their two sons was something I knew would be so special for them. Photos to pull out on the boy's own wedding days perhaps!

The ceremony was so lovely, with their boys, aka ring security walking in front of Leanne as she walked down the aisle with her brother. There is something so special about photographing the ceremony, all the emotions, smiles, tears, and sometimes nerves, those little looks at each other! After the ceremony, it was time for drinks and canapés, during this time I took candids of guests, followed by group photos and confetti.

The garden at Warwick House looked amazing with all the autumn colours. It was the perfect backdrop for couple portraits.

The reception room looked amazing all set up with touches of autumn pumpkins. The cake would you believe was from M&S! Such a stunning cake, fitting the rose pink theme perfectly, decorated with beautiful flowers. Flowers by Michelle did an amazing job with the floral arrangements. The flower wall behind the top table (loved that they had a ‘sweetheart table‘) looked incredible, especially for the speeches!

The evening party began with cake cutting and the first dance, before guests took to the dancefloor. I didn’t leave before getting a night portrait or two. The big bay window in the honeymoon suite was the perfect spot for a creative silhouette photo.
