Dodmoor House wedding photographer
Meg & Tom had a beautiful spring wedding at Dodmoor House in Northamptonshire. This is one of my favourite and local wedding venues and it's always a joy to photograph here. Meg and her bridesmaids had their hair and make-up done at Mack's salon in Rugby and I met them at the venue for the rest of their preparations. I started with the detail shots as I often do when I arrive. There were so many lovely little details and the decor complimented the rustic venue perfectly. The sun was shining and it was a stunning spring day! I always feel so spoilt for choice at Dodmoor House when it couples to locations for portraits. The gardens were in bloom and Meg had mentioned how special bluebells were to her - even having them in her bouquet. So when I saw some at the venue I knew I had to incorporate them into their photos somehow! The speeches were a joy to photograph and full of emotion - from tears to laughter. In fact, the whole day was an absolute joy to photograph! I will never get bored of photographing weddings at Dodmoor House.
